Earth & Form Collective is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit creating Tahoe Creative House—an inclusive community ceramics and arts studio in South Lake Tahoe where people of all ages, abilities, incomes, and experience levels can learn, make, and connect.

What We're Building
Our first major initiative is Tahoe Creative House, a permanent home for creativity, learning, and connection in South Lake Tahoe.
Tahoe Creative House is envisioned as an inclusive community ceramics and arts studio serving South Lake Tahoe and the surrounding region. The studio will provide professional ceramics equipment, shared workspace, classes, workshops, memberships, and opportunities for artists and community members to create and learn together.
Accessibility and affordability are central to the plan, with adaptive equipment, flexible programming, and subsidized opportunities intended to reduce barriers to participation. Sustainable studio practices—including clay reclamation, responsible materials management, and water-conscious systems—will be incorporated from the beginning.
Earth & Form Collective is currently developing community partnerships, raising start-up funding, and identifying a suitable location for the permanent studio.

Meet the people behind Earth & Form Collective and Tahoe Creative House.
Board ChairHeidi MunneckeHeidi is skilled at seeing the big picture and planning the steps needed to make it happen. With a background in sales, business, and personnel management, she brings strong organizational and leadership skills to Earth & Form Collective and a practical understanding of how to turn ideas into achievable goals.
Vice ChairJordan BuckJordan brings a background in small business ownership, community education, and outreach to Earth & Form Collective. An experienced ceramic artist and owner of Moondust Clay Company, she is passionate about creating a lasting community resource where others can discover ceramics, creativity, and connection.
SecretaryPenney GarrettPenney brings more than a decade of editorial leadership and experience building and leading content teams in the outdoor and active-lifestyle space. She holds a BFA in Fine Art and has years of experience developing and teaching hands-on classes in culinary arts, nutrition, and herbalism
TreasurerHeidi KlinckHeidi brings 25 years of experience in digital art and creative production, including work with studios such as Microsoft and Electronic Arts and her current role as a Distinguished Artist at Zynga. After discovering ceramics at Lake Tahoe Community College, she co-founded Earth & Form Collective to help expand access to creative community and connection.
Board MemberVictoria ElizondoVictoria brings more than a decade of experience spanning marketing, branding, events, and business operations. A former Lake Tahoe Community College art student, she combines creative strategy with operational experience and serves as an advocate and connector, helping bring greater visibility to Earth & Form Collective and its work.
Board MemberChelsea DavisChelsea's background is rooted in public service, volunteer management, and youth outdoor education. Through her work with the U.S. Forest Service and partner organizations, she has led volunteer and youth programs, engaged thousands of visitors through public education, and developed programs that connect people with their communities and the natural world.
Board MemberMarchel MunneckeMarchel has worked as a botanist and soil scientist in the Lake Tahoe area for more than 25 years, including more than 20 years as an independent consultant. Her experience in project management, proposals, budgets, grants, and environmental stewardship brings both practical expertise and a deep connection to the Tahoe community to Earth & Form Collective.
